I’m Sonja Berg Hults—nonprofit leader, educator, speaker, mentor, and proud believer in the extraordinary power of women working together.

I believe leadership begins when people feel seen. It grows when their voices are heard,

their gifts are recognized, and they are given the confidence to step forward.

The strongest leaders do not collect titles or try to do everything themselves.

They create space for others to learn, contribute, lead, and shine.

INSPIRE is my approach to building stronger leaders, healthier organizations, and more connected communities.

It brings together leadership education, mentoring, technology, storytelling, community partnerships,

and practical tools that help nonprofit leaders turn good intentions into meaningful, measurable impact.

Here, we will talk honestly about what it takes to lead: building effective boards, welcoming new members,

preparing the next generation, navigating change, strengthening programs,

telling our stories, and making sure the work—and the women doing it—are seen.

I do not believe leadership should belong to the loudest person in the room.

I believe it belongs to those willing to listen, serve, encourage, and bring others with them.
